My Story
About Me
I’ve always been fascinated by the human body and the incredible things it can do. Originally, I thought I’d become a physiotherapist—until I stumbled across podiatry and realised just how vast its scope is. It’s not just toenails and insoles (although, yes, I do those too). Podiatry covers sports injuries, insole prescription and fabrication, surgery, wound care, diabetes, vascular health, and rheumatology, and I’ve worked across all of these areas, learning from some truly exceptional consultants and dedicated podiatrists who have given their all to the NHS.

I never thought I’d go into private practice. My goal was always to give back to my community, even though the government seemed determined to make it difficult—cutting bursaries just as I started university and conveniently reinstating them after I graduated (cheers for that!). I was determined to make a difference in the NHS, but the reality? Windowless rooms, endless cost restrictions leading to a "computer said no" scenario, and an ever-growing pile of protocols that seem determined to remove the need for actual brain work. Healthcare is supposed to be about people, but it was starting to feel like it was more and more about numbers and ticking boxes.

So, I decided to break free - Not completely though, I do a shift or two a week each week for the NHS to help out my old team.

Now, I bring expert, compassionate podiatry straight to you, in the comfort of your home—where there’s actual fresh air and natural light - imagine that! Whether you’re an athlete struggling with foot or knee pain, someone who needs help managing a long-term condition, or just looking for professional foot care without the hassle, I’m here to help. No rushed appointments, no red tape—just proper, thoughtful care that puts you first.

Because when your feet feel good, everything feels better.
