Cancellation

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we’re always happy to help where we can.

To keep things running smoothly for everyone, we kindly ask that any cancellations or changes to your appointment are made at least 24 hours in advance.

If you need to cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, the full appointment fee may be charged. This is simply because short-notice cancellations can be difficult to fill and we set aside that time just for you.

That said, we know that exceptional things happen — if you’ve had an emergency or something out of your control has come up, just let us know. We’ll always do our best to be understanding and fair.

Payments

Cash payment is currently only accepted.

Appointment type

If the appointment type requested does not match the needs of your problem then there may be a change in cost due to a different appointment type being needed. Commonly this occurs for MSK appointments when clients have booked a MOT or Routine Chiropody appointment.
